Road traffic from Tangerang to Jakarta or vice versa often experiences traffic jams due to the dense volume of vehicles that pass every day. The construction of the Kunciran-Serpong Toll Road is expected to break the congestion that often occurs. One of the Toll Exits contained in this visitation room is the Parigi Toll Exit. However, there are still many residents around the Parigi Toll Exit who do not have four-wheeled vehicles, so they cannot directly experience the benefits of the toll road. This study discusses the impact of the construction of the Parigi Toll Exit on changes in the social, cultural and economic conditions of the surrounding community. The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The results of the study show: (1) the directly affected parties are residents whose land parcels are being acquired for use in the construction of the Parigi Toll Exit; (2) the positive impact of the construction of this toll exit is to open new jobs for the surrounding community; (3) the negative impact is that there is a decrease in community participation in social activities because the journey taken becomes longer. It is hoped that in the future the implementation of land acquisition can produce more positive impacts for the community.
