Land acquisition for Randugunting dam users in Kalinanas Village and Gaplokan Village, Japah District, Blora Regency is a National Strategic Project. Implementation of land acquisition from community land, state land and forestry land. The implementation of Randugunting dam construction began in 2018 and was inaugurated in 2022. The impact of dam construction certainly affects the surrounding community, namely social and economic impacts. The impact felt by the community can be positive or negative depending on the community's response to utilizing the dam.
The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, document studies and field observations. Implementation analysis techniques by conducting document studies at the relevant land office, problematic analysis techniques and solutions with interviews and document studies at the land office, and analysis of the socio-economic impact of the community by conducting interviews with the people of Kalianas Village, one of the villages affected by dam procurement and conducting field observations.
The results of this study are the flow of implementation of land acquisition for the construction of the Randugunting dam which is carried out in 2 stages. At the stage of implementation in stage 2 land acquisition, namely when the pembebsan land assets perum perhutani and state land. Stage 2 pelaknaan stages of the inventory and identification process, compensation assessment, deliberation of compensation determination, and provision of compensation. Problems in the implementation of dam construction are inventory and identification where it is difficult to provide data on the subject and object of the land. The solution to these problems is to conduct socialization to the community, involving village officials going down to the community and mediating with the community. The social impact of the Kalinanas village community is the emergence of new businesses, the flow of workers and the increase in land needs. The economic impact is an increase in income for people who have new businesses and employment opportunities that work in development and after development as employees and security guards of the Randugunting dam.
