The Agrarian Reform Policy is one of the efforts to reorganize people's relations with land, namely rearranging control, ownership, use and utilization of the entire surface of the earth based on justice. One of the directions of the agrarian reform policy is the implementation of Data and Information activities on Land Ownership, Ownership, Use and Utilization. The target to be implemented in the DIPA of the East Belitung Regency Land Office, Bangka Belitung Islands Province for the 2021 Fiscal Year is Aik Madu Village, Simpang Renggiang District, East Belitung Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out the causes of the land redistribution activities in Aik Madu Village that have not been carried out and the resolution of these problems. The findings of the research results are as follows: 1) Aik Madu Village cannot be included in the Land Redistribution activity because there are still many plots of land that have IUP owned by PT. Tin. 2) The solution that can be done is that the East Belitung Regency Land Office submits a letter of recommendation to the ESDM Agency to release IUPs that are no longer used as mines so that land redistribution activities can be carried out.
