Land consolidation in Sumberrahayu was implemented in 2022. The location of this land consolidation is in a residential neighborhood where most of the land has been built. In addition, the implementation of this land consolidation was limited to 150 parcels of land so it was not carried out as a whole. Implementation of the program encountered an initial problem in that the land certificates resulting from the 1996-1997 Land Administration Project were incorrect. The purpose of this research is to find out the problems faced during the program, the impact felt by the community in the land consolidation program in Sumberrahayu sub-district, and the form and strategy of spatial planning in land consolidation in Sumberrahayu sub-district. This research method is descriptive qualitative method. The results obtained from this study are the implementation of Land Consolidation in Betakan Hamlet can be an alternative to providing land for the construction of public facilities and spatial planning instruments. The construction of public facilities in question includes the construction of road infrastructure, public facilities, and social facilities. The form of spatial planning in the Land Consolidation includes the arrangement of land parcels and the construction of access for each land parcel. Meanwhile, the spatial planning strategy used in the KT in Betakan Hamlet is to prioritize community aspirations in the preparation of the Land Consolidation design.
