Land Acquisition for the Kediri - Kertosono Toll Road is one of the infrastructure projects undertaken by the government. The plan for the construction of the Kediri - Kertosono toll road aims to support transportation accessibility in East Java province. During its implementation, there are still several parcels of land that lack sufficient clarity, leading to their inclusion as No Name in the nominative list and land map by the Kediri District Land Office. This is due to various reasons experienced or provided by the community when the land acquisition team collects land data, both subject and object. The reasons include the lack of land administration data maintenance, land dispute issues, lack of public trust, inconsistency, and third-party interventions. These challenges can be overcome by the Kediri - Kertosono Toll Road Land Acquisition Team through education, mediation, and legal resolution. In the effort to resolve this, there are still 3 parcels of land with a "No Name" status until the announcement of the determination of compensation form. Furthermore, the compensation for these three parcels must be consigned to the court.
