The internet usage has developed rapidly in all aspects of human life until it requires public service which leads to the digital era. Online locket PPAT application is one of the service by ATR/BPN Ministry in creating electronical land service office. According to TAM model, an information technology can be accepted by the users if it is useful and ease their job. Ease and usage beome the important factor for the users to accept and use the information system being offered. The purpose of this research is to find out how is the usage perception, ease, and acceptance of users on Online Locket PPAT Application. The method
used was survey with quantitative approach. The research results show the usage perception (Perceived Usefulness) on Online Locket PPAT Aplication in supporting PPAT job and the official of Land Office in Sleman Regency worth sufficient in the amount of 106,43 with criteria “sufficiently useful”. The ease perception (Perceived Ease of Use) in Online Locket PPAT Application in
supporting the job of PPAT and Official of Land Office in Sleman Regency worth sufficient in the amount of 105,6 with criteria “quite easy”. Online locket PPAT Application is useful and eases the users’ job. The variables of usage and ease
altogether have significant influence in the amount of 57,49% on the users’ acceptance.
