The advancement of information and communication technology marked by the beginning of the fourth industrial revolution era or 4.0, where the efficiency of machines and humans began to connect to the internet. Industrial revolution 4.0 is the name given to the current trend of automation and data exchange. The ATR / BPN Ministry is currently continuing to develop various types of technological innovations, both for accelerating land registration and for public services. In the land service transformation road map from 2019 to 2024, one of the program priorities is the digitization of land documents. Managing documents digitally is one way to minimize space and save time in finding documents and can help speed up the process of completing work compared to manual / conventional management. The Bantul Regency Land Office is one of the offices that has started managing documents digitally. The purpose of this research is to find out how digital documents are managed and how they are used in order to support online-based land service activities. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach.
Based on the results of the research, the management of digital / electronic documents at the Bantul Regency Land Office begins with digitizing / transferring media, as well as digital / electronic data validation activities in the form of textual data validation of land books, measuring letters, and spatial data validation of parcels of land. The digitized document will then be uploaded into the website-based Electronic Document Management System (Sloka Etnik) application which is integrated with the spatial data of the land parcels. The use of digital / electronic documents in several land service activities is still constrained by the absence of regulations or implementing regulations. Electronic / online-based land services that have begun to be implemented at the Bantul Regency Land Office are Electronic Mortgage (HT-el) services, in HT-el service activities, where application files, products, data maintenance records, and mortgage land books are already in digital / electronic form.
