Warkah is used as proof of the issuance of land certificate. When there is a problem with a parcel of land that has been certified, it could be used as authentic evidence in solving the problem. This study aims to find out the Problematics and Strategies implemented by the South Lampung Land Office in managing Warkah PTSL, so that later the policies made by the Ministry of ATR/BPN can resolve the problems that occur in the management of the Warkah. The used method is qualitative method with a descriptive approach through interviews, observation and study of documents. The results showed that the problems faced by the Land Office in managing Warkah PTSL included ways of working, Human Resources, Budgeting and the availability of facilities and infrastructure owned by the Land Office. The problems lead to one problem, namely the absence of legislation specifically regulating the management of Warkah PTSL. The strategies undertaken by the Land Office in managing Warkah PTSL including the storage and management it, Digitalization ofWarkah PTSL, Improving the Quality of Human Resources and Planning and evaluating.
