The South Jakarta Administrative City Land Office is one of the cities targeted to be a complete city in 2020. The current condition of land parcel data requires data updating through improving the data quality from KW1 to KW6 towards KW1 valid. The purpose of this study is to know the KW1 valid data quality condition before and after improvement, the implementation of data quality improvement, as well as problems and solutions in implementing data quality improvement in the South Jakarta Administration City Land Office. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The results showed that the data quality condition after improvement are KW1 increased from 86.45% to 87.01%, KW1 valid increased as an increase of the validated parcel area 32,881,193 m2 and an increase in validated land books by 12,314 units. The implementation of improving the quality of data from KW1 to KW6 has fulfilled the specified man, material, machine, and method elements. However, the implementation of data quality improving from KW1 to KW6 is not fully in accordance with the 2019 Complete City Guidelines especially in terms of an regional boundaries inventory where field checks have not been carried out. There are problems in the implementation of improving the data quality of KW1 to KW6 at the South Jakarta Administration City Land Office including the Land Book archive, Measurement Letter and Measurement Pictures are not found, the regional expansion existence, village administrative boundaries between the KKP and the field are not yet suitable, and the land parcels existence that were released from mapping without permission of the KKP administrator.
