The Yogyakarta International Airport Railway Project will provide easier access for people who will go to the new airport. In the implementation of the land acquisition for this project, problem arises in the length of the process of providing compensation money to the affected community by LMAN financing, and issues of proof of rights for land parcels of PTSL 2019 participants whose certificates are issued after the IPL, and has to be compensated. The qualitative method with a descriptive approach is used to find data from the source of the information coming from several parties that are considered important and directly involved. In the process of paying compensation money through LMAN, it is considered quite long by the community. The process of review and verification has its own procedure outside from Law No. 2 of 2012. A regulation is needed to regulate land acquisition which is funded by LMAN. The proof of the rights of PTSL 2019 participants that had not yet been issued when the IPL had already out, made the community uneasy about the compensation for their land. Submitting information becomes the most important part so that the community becomes cooperative.
