The Ministry of ATR / BPN is trying to make land services online in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This effort is constrained by the difficult conditions of searching for land records, especially with the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL). Therefore, land archives and circulars were digitized for standardization of digitization of documents. The Land Office of Karanganyar Regency has digitized the land archives, so it is necessary to evaluate the digitization of land archives and their integration with the map of land parcels. The research objective is to evaluate the implementation of digitizing land archives and its integration with land parcels into online services. The research method is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The result of the research is that there is an unsynchronized implementation of digitizing land archives at the Karanganyar Regency Land Office with Circular Number 5 / SE-100.TU.02.01 / VIII / 2019 concerning Standardization of Digitization of Marks, asynchronous digitization of land archives in the Karanganyar Regency Land Office with this Circular Letter. one of them is because human resources do not have knowledge of archives (archivists), digitizing land archives can minimize problems related to the difficulty of searching for land archives, there has been no integration between digitizing land archives with land parcels to get online services.
