Various obstacles in the collection of physical data and juridical data, making it difficult to achieve the PTSL targets that are met and the implementation of accelerated land registration is not efficient. The impact that emerged later was the difficulty of integration between physical data and juridical data. The purpose of this study is to explain the benefits of the SMART PTSL application as an instrument of collecting, processing and integrating physical and juridical data and to test the relative accuracy of the size, shape and position of the parcels from the mapping using the SMART PTSL application to the downloaded parcels of Geo-KKP.
The method used in this research is the mix methods method, which is a step of research by combining two forms of approach in research, namely qualitative and quantitative. And using purposive sampling information determination techniques. Through the descriptive method of a qualitative approach, researchers can explain the implementation of the benefits test of SMART PTSL applications as collectors, processors, and integrators of physical data and juridical data at the pre PTSL stage. The application of descriptive research is carried out with a quantitative approach as a study that is used to answer research questions about the accuracy of the shape, area and location (position) of the mapping of the land area using the SMART PTSL application.
The results showed that: (1) the benefits of the SMART PTSL application are (a) to facilitate the integration of physical data and juridical data which are often felt as obstacles in implementing PTSL (b) Can shorten the time because matching physical data and juridical data requires a long time (c) The output of land that has been integrated and mapped can facilitate the District Land Office, in this case the physical and juridical task force in data entry on the PTSL KKP application (d) The perceived benefits are also felt by the people directly involved in field measurement in the form of knowledge about applications developed to support the implementation of PTSL activities, the community can also know the stages in land certification at the Land Office. (2) Comparison of the accuracy of the relative size, shape and position of the parcels from the results of mapping using the SMART PTSL and KKP applications are (1) From 34 samples of parcels, a total of 11 parcels or acreage of land were declared tolerable then 23 of parcels of land were declared not included tolerance, tolerance of wide differences using the formula 0.5 √L according to Technical Guidelines PMNA / KBPN No.3 1997 (2) The measurement method factor is very influential on the results of the shape and position of the measured parcels, the previous measurement method using only measuring tape and GPS Handheld can produce plots of land whose accuracy is very low compared to plots of land measurements using GPS Geodetic.
