The extremely high target of PTSL and continues to increase every year certainly needs an effective and efficient work pattern until the job target can be completed with the time determined. The incomparable number of officers between
physical task force and juridical task force and the advance of measurement technology cause the collection of physical data is getting faster but the collection of juridical data is frequently a bit slower. The College of National Land
Yogyakarta as the official college directly under the ministry of ATR/BPN creates an innovation of SANTRI PTSL Application which aims to accelerate document preparation of juridical data and to ease its integration with the physical data
digitally.
Training and implementation of SANTRI PTSL application in order to change the conventional work pattern to digital work pattern was aimed to 15 core officers of juridical data collector task force at Land Office of Palembang City. The
research methods used in this research were two methods such as Experimental Method that was the part of research method and development (R&D) and Qualitative Method. The experimental method was used in the research, implementation, and observation ended by distributing the questionnaire sheet to the training participants. While qualitative descriptive method was for answering the obstacles occured and gave solution on the obstacle itself.
Simulatedly the implementation result of SANTRI PTSL Application can accelerate the document preparation of juridical data and ease its integration with the physical data. Its implementation is through 2 stages namely the stage of Web
Application of SANTRI PTSL for downloading the data of nominative list and the stage in the Android Smartphone for taking the pick point of the land field coordinate. The internal inhibition of SANTRI PTSL Application is the limited
operation system, disabled application design, and limited user team in managing the data. The solution taken is recommending more development to the application developer. The external obstacle is Covid-19 which affects the training of SANTRI PTSL Application traning such as TOK that was conducted limitedly and its implementation was conducted simulatedly only.
