In accelerating the registration of main land, the government, in this matter Kementrian Agraria dan Tata Ruang/ Badan Pertanahan Nasional (ATR/BPN) is always developing the mainland certificate program. The latest is Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematik Lengkap (PTSL). This is mainland registration activity which is done first time simultaneously for all object of mainland registration in the whole Indonesia in a village territory or other in the same degree, covers collecting physical data and juridical data concern one or some objects needed to mainland registration.
To implement the PTSL acceleration that has been determined, new innovations are needed by using relevant information technology applications. One of them is through the SIAP application which aims to simplify and speed up the process of filing juridical data collection on PTSL activities. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection technique was done by purposive sampling, mainly by looking at the potential use of the SIAP application in Tebo Regency through four criteria. The results showed that of the four predetermined criteria based on appearance, time, quantity, and suitability for the SIAP application, the SIAP application could potentially be used in Tebo Regency.
