Bantul Regency Land Office is a land office within Regional Offices of National Land Agency Special Region of Yogyakarta which carries out activities of Complete Systematic Land Registration by involving the community using SIAP. The community is involved in activities of Community-Based Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL+PM) since they are considered knowing history of land ownership, subjects, area, location, and boundaries of land parcels. Utilization of SIAP in PTSL+PM activities aims to accelerate collection of juridical data. SIAP uses mail merge menu in Microsoft Word with Microsoft Excel data source that contains juridical textual data inputted by Land Data Collector. However, this application does not accommodate integration of physical data and juridical data. Therefore, integration of physical data and juridical data is still carried out manually using Field Serial Number (Nomor Urut Bidang/NUB) connector. Based on this limitation, existence of SANTRI PTSL application can automatically integrate physical data and juridical data. This research aims to determine strategy of Bantul Regency Land Office in making PTSL+PM effective as well as its obstacles and solutions. It utilizes descriptive qualitative method. Bantul District Land Office Strategy has been effective, but it is necessary to collaborate SIAP and SANTRI PTSL as an attempt to make sure that integration of physical data and juridical data can be done automatically.
