ABSTRACT The measurement of plots of land using extraterestris method has aseloped quite rapidly due to the increasingly sophisticated measuring uments used in the measurement using the method.The ministry of ATR/BPN used land measurement using extraterestis methods and develops by building a reference network land satellite (JRSP) embodied with an uneven Base Station is one of the problems in JRSP utilization using the RTK-NTRIP method. The problem lies in the long Baseline that causes the rover to take a long time to achieve fixed solution. Mobile Base Station can be used as an alternative solution w the problem because it can bring the Base Station in the measurement location, so it can improve the measurement efficiency. One of the existing Mobile Base Station technology is South Type Galaxy G-1.The purpose of this research is to know the accuracy of the difference aspect of coordinate and the difference of land area and to know the efficiency of ground measurement time using Mobile Base Station South Type Galaxy G 1. This research uses experimental method with comparison with quantitative approach.The selected sample is 30 plots of agricultural land in 1 (one) block.Sample measurements were made twice by using Mobile Base Station South Type Galaxy G 1 with RTK-NTRIP method and using Total Station as comparison data. The analysis used is T test with significance level (a) 5%. The results showed no significant differences between the coordinates of the measured ground plane using the Mobile Base Station with the coordinates of the measurement results using Total Station. The average X is 0.009 m with standard deviation 0.0585 and t test result = 1.1605. The average Y is 0.010 m with standard deviation 0,0534 and t test result = 1.4430. The area of land measured has met the tolerance based on the stipulation of PMNA / KBPN number 3 of 1997. The measurement using Mobile Base Station is more efficient in teens of time compared to measurement with Total Station with the number of fields of 30 plots of land.The time required to complete the work process by using Total Station is 540 minutes or 9 hours while the time required by using Mobile Base Station is 330 minutes or 5 hours 30 minutes where there is a difference in time measurement work both methods are for 210 minutes or 3 hours 30 minutes.
