The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning / National Land Agency (Ministry of ATR / BPN) has developed CORS technology to meet the bonding point (control point) requirement in cadastral measurement and mapping. CORS in the Ministry of ATR / BPN is called the Jaringan Referensi Satelit Pertanahan (JRSP). Geospatial Information Agency (BIG) as a development orientation mapping control network in Indonesia also developed CORS technology, or usually it called InaCORS. However, the distribution of CORS stations has not spread throughout Indonesia. There are many areas outside of Java that do not yet have a control network infrastructure of measurement and mapping. AUSPOS is one of the service online based on positioning decision has the best credibility level (the differential solution, compatible with global frameworks and using the best IGS products), so, it has potencial to become an alternative control point in measurement and mapping activities. The problem is that AUSPOS implements the dynamic datum, whereas the controlled framework nets developed currently implements semy dynamic datum, so the AUSPOS coordinates need to be projected from epoch measurements to the epoch reference (in this study epoch reference on JRSP and InaCORS). The research aims to 1) know the accuracy of AUSPOS coordinates and their accuracy to the coordinates in JRSP and InaCORS, 2) know the significance of the different AUSPOS coordinates transformed to the JRSP and InaCORS epoch references to the coordinates in JRSP and InaCORS. To obtain the data the researcher uses a comparative experiment with a quantitative approach. This research uses the HRMS value parameter to describe the accuracy level and lateral shift level for determining accuracy level of AUSPOS coordinates on the coordinates in JRSP and InaCORS. In addition, it uses statistical t test with significance level of ? = 5% for testing the difference of AUSPOS coordinates which is transformed to epoch reference JRSP and InaCORS with the coordinates in JRSP and InaCORS. The result shows that 1) The coordinate calculation using AUSPOS with the observation 1 hour 15 minutes has an average horizontal accuracy of 0.034 m while the coordinate calculation in JRSP and InaCORS has an average horizontal accuracy of 0.002 m and 0.003 m. The lateral shift of the coordinate values in AUSPOS to the coordinate values in JRSP and InaCORS averages of 0.162 m and 0.151 m with the direction of shifting aims to east-south (southeast) all. 2) A lateral shift of the AUSPOS coordinate values which is transformed to the JRSP and InaCORS epochs reference toward the coordinate values in JRSP and InaCORS has an average of 0.020 m and 0.017 m. The result of t test with a significance level of 5% is the value of AUSPOS coordinates which is transformed to epoch reference JRSP and InaCORS does not have a significant difference to the coordinate values in JRSP and InaCORS Keywords: AUSPOS, Dynamic Datum, Semy Dynamic Datum, Epoch Reference. |
