Land survey is one of very important things in the process of land registration. Therefore surveyor are required to prepare avalaible map and data. This maps are registered land parcel maps, control point distribution map and other supported maps. So, research is needed to build the information system that can be used directly by surveyor to support his tasks in the field. Research method used was research and development (R&D) method with the experimental approach. This method is used to produce an application Pandu Ukur Information System on the Android Operating System and test the effectiveness of the product. The data was processed by AutoCAD and ArcGIS. Data that have been processed are stored in a database located on a web server online. Data are also processed by Carry Maps for offline viewing. With this method, data can be displayed and updated online and offline with a dynamic and efficient. The client application software developed using Android Studio and administator pages using PHP, MySQL and Javascript. The evaluation was done by acceptance method testing that consisting of alpha testing and beta testing. Beta testing is done by surveyor as users of this application. The results of needs analysis (user and system) is (1) system display the required data such as registered land parcels distribution maps, control point distribution map, regional spatial plan map, forest areas map and land cases distribution map. (2) the system display the user's position in real time and route features to land parcel. After the evaluation of applications, there are suggestions for improvement applications,: add base map imagery, route feature. Application that have been build are still in prototype. The contribution of this research to the Ministry of Agricultural and Spatial Planning is creating innovation with Android Technology. Applications that have been built can be implemented by surveyor with preceded development and improvement app so that it can run optimally.
