Permanent detail in this term is electricity pole many of them are scattered evenly along side the road, has a strong construction and able to survive long. In measurement and reconstruction of land boundaries activities conducted by National Land Agency (BPN) field officer are also often conducting land binding by utilizing this permanent detail. Therefore, the objectives of this research are 1) to discover the process of coordinate measurement of electricity pole (mark point) permanent detail made as an alternative binding and reconstruction of land boundaries, 2) to learn accuracy level of mark point�s coordinate as the binding point of alternative land. Method used in this research was true experimental designs method with quantitative approach. Measurement method of zijslag was used in the taking of angular and distance size data. Mark Point of electricity pole was previously set before measuring the angle and distance. Analysis used was average discrimination test of a sample with a hypothetic value, in which the hypothetic value set was amounted to 6 mm for position (coordinate) differences of permanent point, and 10 cm for position (coordinate) differences of land boundaries as result of its binding with mark point of electricity pole and permanent points. Based on research result and analysis, then it is discovered that the calculation of position (coordinate) differences between mark point with reflector permanent point at small simulation test is in the amount of 1 mm up to 4.6 mm, in which hypothetic value is amounted to 6 mm at statistic test. And for position (coordinate) differences of land boundaries as result of land binding by using two control points are in the amount of 0,2 cm up to 4,55 cm, where tolerance of its hypothetic value is amounted to 10 cm at statistic test, with significance level is 95%.
