In order to increase the quality of complete cadaster implementation based on high resolution images in application Geo-KKP at Land Office of District of Gresik which conducted as a basis for completeness of land information for registered or unregistered land is required a study regarding differences between mapping of land boundaries related to TDT and CORS considering both references are used but has different datum.
The objectives of this research were to (1) Learn the differences between land boundaries resulted from binding using Technic Basic Point and binding using CORS. (2) Learn the differences between land boundaries position resulted from binding using Technic Basic Point and position of land boundaries that have been overlaid on images in Geo-KKP application. (3) Discover the position differences between land measuring using CORS with land boundaries position that has been overlaid on images in Geo-KKP application.
Research method used in this research was comparative method with quantitative approach. Then data analysis was conducted by using tolerance condition based on provision on Technical Instruction PMNA/KaBPN Number 3 Year 1997 and statistic test (paired discrimination test). Based on research result and analysis, can be discovered that shift of lateral position difference marked by (1) Differences of lateral position of TDT against CORS at Balongmojo Village contained average position differences amounted to 5,228 m, and Jogodalu village amounted to 1,407 m, with its difference direction west-north. (2) Differences of TDT position on Images Map in Balongmojo village contained average position differences amounted to 4,546 m, and Jogodalu Villages amounted to 0,934 m, with its difference direction west-north. (3) Differences of CORS position on Images Map in Balongmojo village contained average position differences amounted to 1,043 m, and Jogodalu village amounted to 1,309 m, with its difference direction was varied namely east-south, south-west and north-east.
This study recommends Land Office to perform recheck on land boundaries binding namely TDT, unification of determination datum, and conducts images restitution.
