The IP4T activities were activities of Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial/National Land Agency as an attempt to obtain land-based P4T in a Village. However this condition is inversely proportional in term of data utilization, at present the use of P4T data is merely limited to land occupation, ownership, use and utilization. Therefore it needs to designan application for Village Land Information System. This research was aimed to: 1) discover how to build information system regarding village land, 2) discover whether the result of Information System Application for Village Land can provide benefit based on needs of P4T information access of village and community.
Research method used was Research and Development (R & D) by using development method by prototyping. Experiment method for application testing was by using white box testing and black box testing. Prototyping stage passed was including needs analysis (user and system), spatial data basis development/interactive map by utilizing software StatPlanetPlus Version 2.3 in
form of flash and non spatial data based by using MYSQL database, user interface graphic design, and PHP programming as the writing language.
This research produced information system application for village land that has been tested to responders, from the test can be concluded that the application that has been built was at a good enough level up to a very good and no assessment stating less good which means that information system application for village land can be accepted as desired by user. Features presented in information system for village land can be utilized to:1) discover the land occupation, ownership and utilization at neighborhood association (RT) zone area that can used in decision making of land management in villages as well as provides detail information regarding lands in RT area, 2) can be used for property taxes management in villages.
This application can provide real contribution to Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN), involving:1) SIP Village may assist establishing a better land administration, which will be helpful in land registration process by Ministry of ATR/BPN, specially for first time land registration, 2) SIPVillage supports realization of village maps complete with registered and non registered land mapping, 3) SIP Village provides information regarding land use and utilization that will assist in village spatial planning, and 4) this SIP Village will encourage community to land order awareness, and eventually will facilitate land registration job.
