Ci Sadane border in Serpong Subdistrict has the potential of their illegal land tenure, because it has the largest population than other subdistricts in South Tangerang City are crossed by Ci Sadane. Mapping of Land Tenure, Land Ownership, Land Use and Land Utilization (Indonesian is P4T) in Ci Sadane border in this research carried out for the purpose to determine spatial distribution of land tenure and ownership of land parcels, and the type of use and utilization of land parcels that are in Ci Sadane border.
The research method used is quantitative method, with the spatial approach uses spatial structure analysis. Research carried out a census of the land parcels in Ci Sadane border in Serpong subdistrict through field observations with interviews, and study documents at the Land Office of South Tangerang City and DPPKAD of South Tangerang City. P4T map are analyzed of the spatial structure, to find the composition of the spatial distribution that occurred in the Ci Sadane border, Serpong subdistrict, South Tangerang City.
Based on the results of research and analysis, are known: 1) the spatial distribution of parcels of land tenure in the Ci Sadane border, dominated by Mastery By Non-Owner Legally by 59%; 2) the spatial distribution of land ownership in the Ci Sadane border is dominated by land ownership has not been registered which is Communally of Land by 57%; 3) types of land use in the Ci
Sadane border is dominated by Green Open Space in the form of Shrubs and Agriculture by 81,9%; 4) the type of land utilization in the Ci Sadane border is dominated by No Utilization which is intended for Green Open Space by 59%.
Regardless of the category, 3% is used as a residence and 7% utilized as a service, little things that should get the attention of the Government in order to control of the land. This research resulted in four maps, are the Land Tenure map, Land Ownership map, Land Use map and Land Utilization map in Ci Sadane Border, to present data and informations on the parcels. Expected the four maps could be a preliminary data for the Kementerian ATR/BPN in determining the step and the regulation and control efforts in various areas of land.
