Cultural Tourism Area Village of Penglipuran (KWBDP) is a cultural tourism area in District of Bangli and at second rank for total tourist visitor in 2014. This suggests that Cultural Tourism Area Village of Penglipura (KWBDP) has a quite considerable potential. Potential owned by this KWBDP is expected can provide direct or indirect value to visitor or local community. The policy in management of tourism potential needs to consider area economic value in order its implementation could optimize development of tourism potential in KWBDP for sustainable and preservation of KWBDP itself. This research were aimed to estimate the amount of KWBDP economic value based on Travel Cost Method and to discover factors influencing tourism visit in KWBDP. Based on its population, this research was a sampling research. Based on its research object characteristic, this research was a survey research. Based on its data analysis technic, this research was a combination of quantitative and qualitative research. Sample in this research were amounted to 67 people. Variables used were number of visit as dependent variable, whereas travel cost, income, other alternative location, and tourism attraction as variable independent. Result of the research indicated that direct use value (DUV) of KWBDP based on tourism demand function was in the amount of Rp1.724.882.013.158,41 and estimation of Willingness to Pay of KWBDP visitor based on math formulation was in the amount of Rp 276.201.129.591,44. Factors negatively and significantly influencing number of KWBDP tourism visit based on its order were travel cost and income. Factors positively and significantly influencing number of KWBDP tourism visit based on its order were tourism attraction and other alternative location. Result of this research is expected can provide contribution to Kementerian Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Kantor Wilayah Badan Pertanahan Nasional Provinsi Bali. Area Economic Value/Direct Use Value (DUV) produced by this research is expected can be a basis for Kementerian Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Kantor Wilayah Badan Pertanahan Nasional Provinsi Bali for the making of Area Economic Value Map for Cultural Tourism Area Village of Penglipuran.
