The problem in development of infrastructure of Tapak Sail Tomini is marked with the community�s concern regarding follow up of the location utilization after the Sail activities. The objectives of this research are to study the condition of Sail Tomini infrastructure development condition in perspective of land (land tenure and ownership, land use and utilization) and to discover various impacts and strategies to overcome it.
This research was performed in Coastal Area of KayuBura Beach District of ParigiMoutong. Research method conducted was survey descriptive. Data was collected through interviews, documentary study and field observation. Overlay technic, and descriptive qualitative analysis were used to analyze the problems occurred at development condition of construction and operational and its impact after construction of infrastructure of Sail Tomini.
Research result indicated that: (1) Development of Tapak Sail Tomini infrastructure construction was affected the dynamic of community�s life related to physical develeopment of the area namely increasing accessibility, accommodation facility, service business, trading, and health business but passive condition from the province or regional Government and community in term of
management has made the tourism activities in this area did not develop and not maintain properly.(2) Development of Tapak Sail Tomini construction has provided positive and negative impacts to physical environment, biotic environment, economic and social aspects (3) strategies to cope with the problems of Sail Tomini utilization follow up were by strengthening a good management of
infrastructure asset and promoting the landscape and local wisdom culture in tradition frame for tourism development.
