Management Database land cases in National Land agency are still many who have not been managed in a computerized, so it is very difficult to find out information about areas of land dispute. The purpose of research is designing and building a land information system in the form of administrative records phases and Presenting Data disputes, conflicts, and petanahan case either in the form of textual and spatial.
The method used in this research is the research and development or Research and Development (R & D) with the experimental approach. Application design approaches using rapid prototyping is the development and testing of working models (prototypes) of new applications through a process of interaction and repetitive. Making an application to take advantage of applications that includes Xampp have embedded MySQL server and a database with PHPMyAdmin for the preparation of HypertextPreprocessor programming language (PHP) to manage the database of land. The use of MySQL and PHP can simplify the design of applications because it can be integrated on other open source applications like google maps and sms gateway.
The results of this study in the form of Information System Land Dispute Case Conflict and who have passed the stage of testing against several respondents with the results at the level of fairly good to excellent. Some of the features presented is the management of textual database either case land disputes, conflicts and land matters. Presentation of spatial data are presented in different colors on the field of disputes, conflicts and cases, so as to facilitate the identification of land parcels status is displayed in the application.
Information Systems Applications and Case Conflict Land Dispute assist in the management of data administration for the better land cases and stored in a database, for example, making the report a complaint, of a letter of assignment and other reporting format that can be printed in a short time. Users can also take advantage of applications that have been designed to prevent problems related to the object (ground) through the information presented to the user, both general users and privileged users (employees Section SKP) related to the administrative management of data and the provision of information dispute.
