The objectives of this research with title �Development of Information System of Web-Based Land Service (a Study in Bangunjiwo Village Office, Kasihan Sub District, Bantul District)� were to perform Development of Information System of Web-Based Land Service regarding information of seven land service in form of audio visual that can be accessed offline regarding 7 (seven) land services with term based on Circular Letter Number 13/SE/VIII/2015 and featuring Information System of Web-Based Land Service Information System to user.
This research used Research and Development research method. Research and Development method was used to produce certain product. Method used in this research was prototyping. Software used in this research comprised Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Notepad ++, HTML 5, CSS 3. Information System of Web-Based Land Service that has been developed can display information of seven land services in 70-70 service namely Certificate Checking, Hypothec Cancelation, Improvement of Rights from Rights To Build to Rights of Ownership, Rights Transfer due to Sell and Purchase, Mortgage Rights, Division and Separation, and First Time Certificate Registration, in form of audio visual information.
This information system gives an input material for Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) to assist in socialization of land service program information. This research also can be made as input material for land offices to apply this Land Service Information System at strategic place so it can be used by community up to rural area.
