The objectives of this research are to discover the role of Regional Government, Land office, Society as well as stages in the implementation of Community Subsidized Land Certification wit Regional Budget Revenue and Expenditure (APBD) Sukoharjo District.
Research method used by the researcher was Qualitative Descriptive Research Method. This research was held on Community�s Subsidized Land Certification Implementation in Sukoharjo District Year of 2015 with data collection technic was by using interview and documentary study. Data analysis technic was using qualitative descriptive analysis, by drawing a conclusion based on interview result and in depth analysis performed on collected data result.
Research result indicated that with this Community�s Subsidized Land Certification in Sukoharjo District program: First, community was greatly assisted with the cheap of the first land registration fee and community earned easiness in credit application with low interest based on certificate. Second, improving community and regional government economic and reducing number of uncertified land. Third, with this activity from service side land registration acceleration can be implemented as regulation.
This activity provides contribution to Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial/National Land Agency in cooperation with Regional Government through community empowerment programs existing in ministry of regional government, through asset legalization program to improve community economic and to improve land registration acceleration of uncertified lands.
