There are many land matter a long with inhabitant growth. One of cases which begin appears was caused cut of order on village land administration in Pamekasan. It�s because files about land is not appropriate by the facts. In order that, this research head to know things that motivate the village land administration can�t do ordely. Besides, researcher have purpose to develop anda make easier for management in village land administration to be better.
Research method that used is qualitative research method with symbolic interaction approachment. Qualitative research is used to describe phenomenon that happened. Symbolic interaction is used to understand the interaction or symbols that happened in land administration implementation.
The result of this research show that land administration management in Larangan Tokol Village, Subdistrict Tlanakan, Pamekasan Regency can called out of order of land administration. It�s because there are no registration on village land book (model A6) until the service procedure in village going long. In this research, researcher apply activity to develop and improve land data in village. This activity is renewal and computerization of land data to make accurate data, efficient, dan can be responsibility.
The benefits of this research to the Ministry Of Agrarian And Spatial/National Land Agency, that is to curb land administration in the village can create the actual land records, so that which will accelerate the process of land registration activities and preventing the rise of land disputes in the future.
