KKP Web is a computerization system carried out by Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial/National Land Agency in its effort to improve service quality for community. One of land office that has applied KKP Web in carrying out its service to community is Mojokerto City Land Office. This research�s objectives were to learn the implementation of KKP Web and its implication on land service at Mojokerto City Land Office.
Method used in this research was qualitative with descriptive approach (first problem formulation) and used combination method between quantitative and qualitative method with sequential explanatory approach (second problem formulation). Its data type was primary data through interviewing 8 (eight) research subjects at Mojokerto City Land Office and secondary data derived from
data documentation result and internet access. Sample used to calculate One Way Anova was 40 (forty) archives for each service type that was being observed. KKP Web started to be implemented at Mojokerto City Land Office in late 2013. The implementation of land service by using KKP Web was conducted by following work flow at KKP Web application and time duration that has been set
by the regulation. In its implementation, this KKP Web was encountered many technical and non technical constraints. In addition, based on result of field data processing, KKP Web seen from indicator of work settlement quantity and punctuality has not provided positive implication in service improvement compared to KKP Desktop system; however it has gave a positive implication if it was seen from other side in improving land service. The existence of computerization system (KKP Desktop and KKP Web) has brought a significant effect in improving quantity and punctuality of selling and purchase right transfer, but it did not give any effects on the service quantity improvement or service punctuality associated with measurement activities, such as land splitting and separation service.
