Community demands for service quality of government officials is increasing. Governments must make public satisfaction as a measure of government service delivery apparatus. Ministry of Agricultural and Spatial / National Land Agency as one of the parts of government that provide services to the community also participated to make improvements in the system of land services. So that the policy set acceleration service known as Quick Wins of National Land Agency. Based on the Decree No. 53 / KEP-100.6.2 / II / 2014, Gowa District Land Office was appointed to carry out the Quick Wins. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of Quick Wins at the Gowa district Land Office and professionalism Gowa District Land Office in the implementation of the Quick Wins program.
This research was conducted by using a mixture, ie a mixture of sequential method primarily sequential exploratory strategy. The first phase of data collection and data analysis qualitative to answer the research question "how the implementation of the Quick Wins program in Gowa District Land Office?". Then the second stage, collecting and analyzing quantitative data in this study to answer the second question, "how professionalism Gowa District Land Office in the Quick Wins program?"
Based on the research that has been conducted found that the implementation of the Quick Wins program in Gowa District Land Office, covering the Transfer of Rights, Roya Encumbrance, Checking Certificate, and Amendment rights (an increase of HGB becoming HM). Upon exercise of the Quick Wins program, the type of service has increased every year for the better, especially on accelerating service period. Although the various problems encountered in its implementation. But, faced with the problem of Gowa District Land Office continuously to make improvements to get better.
After the collection of quantitative data on the professionalism assessment Gowa District Land Office in the implementation of the Quick Wins program obtained the same results between internal and external assessment. Results of the assessment are Gowa District Land Office has been professional in implementing Quick Wins program. Based on the level of satisfaction of the people, by the public has been satisfied with the service of Gowa District Land Office in presenting the service in the land
sector.
