to perform the duties of the Government land affairs sector (article 2 of RI�s regulation No. 63 Years 2013). The authority is related to the policy and activities of public service. In order to increase the public services in land affairs sector, The Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial/National Land Agency make the acceleration strategis of service by creating innovations in land affairs sector. In this case going to eliminate the opinion that society considers that the services in land affairs sector related to service procedure complicated, convoluted, costly fee, and some duration of completion date. One Day Service, is one of innovation services in land affairs sector with one day of service completed. Land Office of Bantul district implement One Day Service (ODS Office and ODS Mobile) since April 1, 2013 aims to providing satisfying service for society by giving one day's service was completed called "BUSARI" (Rabu Satu Hari). This research aims to assess inspect for 1) implementation of service through ODS Office in the Office of land Bantul Regency against public service standards; 2) public perception and the public's satisfaction Index value against the existence of ODS Office in the Office of land Bantul Regency. The research showed that: 1) implementation ODS Office in the Office of land Bantul Regency improperly with the standard of service. Out of the 17 elements of service standard there are still 2 (two) item standard service which has not been totally that�s the legal basic and reporting; 2) public perception toward the implementation of ODS Office in the Office of land poured in Bantul Regency written with questionnaire Community Satisfaction Index (CSI). The rate of the value of the CSI from three (3) criteria, i.e. based on education (68,14%), employment (75,73%), and the age of respondents (70,48%), based on the classification of the quality of service defined by the decision of the Minister of State for administrative Apparatus Number KEP/25/m. PAN/2/2014 including on interval 2,52 � 3.25. It means that public services in the Office of Bantul District Land already well.
