In order to manifest Article 33 paragraph (3) UUD 1945, The Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/National land Agency (BPN) is assigned to manage land existing in Indonesia area. For the land management, required data and information related to the land which one of them is derived from Inventory of Land Occupation, Ownership, Use and Utilization (IP4T) activities. Result of
IP4T activity is not an end product but it is a data that can be used as basis of other land activities such as land registration activity. IP4T activity is also as a momentum of the implementation of marking installation by applying
Contradictoire Delemitatie principle. The objectives of this research are to discover the realization of Inventory of Land Occupation, Ownership, Use and Utilization (IP4T) activities in Kandai Satu and Bara Village, and how the community perception concerning installation of land marking at the IP4T activities.
To obtain answers on those matters, therefore qualitative research method was used with descriptive approach. This research method was used to describe the realization of IP4T activity and community�s perception on installation of land marking at the IP4T activity. Based on analysis on research result, therefore discovered that the IP4T activity result in KandaiSatu and Bara village was covering land occupation, ownership, use and utilization data, Land Map, Measurement Image, and IP4T
Map as well as community perception regarding installation of land marking which the data was obtained from the result of interview with the community. Community argued that for the IP4T activity is not necessarily to install land marking because result of the IP4T is for land information not for certification.
