This research was conducted in Beji village, sub district of Tulung, district of Klaten, Province of Central Java. The high demand of capital needs for poultry business has made a capital provider institution is increasingly required. Capital provider institution is willing to provide a credit with collateral. Breeder community has access that can be collateralized namely land. With credit collateral the institution is not necessarily free from bad credit. To win community�s heart the financial institution has programs offered to community. Therefore this research�s objectives were to discover: 1. Credit Program provided by the financial institution. 2. Business improvement can be achieved 3. What needs to be conducted if the debtor is in default
This research used qualitative method with descriptive approach. Sample taken was 19 breeders. Data being observed was concerning number of breeder, constraints of business development, change of breeders� income, community�s education, community credit nominal, poultry business development constraints, default debtors who was in default, and credit collateral used.
Result of this research was credit program that can be accepted in community was food and energy credit (KKPE). Generally average condition of breeders suffered an improvement in total income they received and number of livestock they owned.
