The Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial Planning / BPN as public institution service is required to provide the best quality of public services. Yet, in fact community are not satisfied about services that provided by the Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/BPN. Based on that fact, the Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial Planning / BPN make efforts to improve about the servicing, one of them is through the Weekend Service Program. This research aims to determine (1) Effectiveness of Weekend Service Program to improve land services at Land Office of the Administrative City of West Jakarta; (2) Public perception of the Weekend Service Program that related to the public expectations and needs; (3) Responding obstacles which?s faced by Land Office of Administrative City of West Jakarta on implementation of Weekend Service Program. The methods that used by this research is a combination methods. The approach used in this research methods is by interview and survey. The population used was the executive officer of Weekend Service Program and west jakarta community who has participated the Weekend Service Program at Land Office of Administrative City of West Jakarta, with amount of sample of 40 respondents. Data collection techniques are committed by observation, interviews and questionnaires. The type of data analysis techniques which is used was statistics. The results showed that: (1) Weekend Service Program at Land Office of Administrative City of West Jakarta was effective to increase land adminstration services at Land Office of Administrative City of West Jakarta (2) The community of Administrative City of West Jakarta give a positive response to the Weekend Service Program that committed by Land Office of Administrative City of West Jakarta; (3) The implementation of the Weekend Service program at Land Office of Administrative City of West Jakarta has several obstacles, such as funding issues, the inability deposited PNBP to the National Treasury on holidays, discipline, community who lack of understanding related to the mechanisms of the program, procedures, terms and costs that must be fulfilled by them and the paradigm of the metroplitan urban community who do not bother to register their land to the Land Office. They are give rise to the number of applicants who register their land through The Weekend Service program program was not optimal as expected by Land Office of Administrative City of West Jakarta.
