Implementation evaluation IP4T to raise public interest to have the right to land in the village of Dame District of Dolok Masihul and obtain data control, ownership, use, utilization-based plot comprehensively and systematically from the entire jurisdiction boundary villages / wards. Comprehensively meant that the inventory was carried out in an integrated manner on various aspects related to the data control, ownership, use and exploitation of land in each area of land in each village / wards. Systematic, meaning that the data IP4T will be able to reveal more about the ownership, possession, use and exploitation of land in every village or village. Expected results of the inventory can formulate policy, planning, structuring and control IP4T in turn every inch of ground can provide the greatest welfare of the people with justice.
To obtain the answers on the issues above, then it was used a qualitative research method with descriptive approach. This research method was used to describe the achievement of IP4T activity implementation and the public interest to have the land rights.
Based on analysis against the research result, then it was discover that the achievement of IP4T activity in Magetan District consisted of land data and land occupation, ownership, utilization and use, Plot Map, Measurement Image, and Registration Map. The public interest to have the land rights after the implementation of IP4T is high enough. This is possible because of the knowledge of the certificate through the extension and implementation of the Program IP4T.
