Warkah archiving system that tend to not well organized is one of existing issues encountered by most land office in Indonesia no exception Katingan district Land Office, Province of Central Kalimantan. A lot of land issues occurred specifically in land registration data maintenance is caused by the poor of archiving governance administration system. This provides many opportunity and chance for the creation of an application that could overcome archiving issues that still using conventional ways. Therefore, this research was conducted to create prototype of land registration warkah archiving application digitally.
This essay used research and development method with experimental approach. The creation of this application needed data derived from interview and documentary study thus obtained user need needs analysis to derive system needs specification. The creation of this registration warkah archiving application used development software tools comprised of MySQL database, PHP (Hypertext
Preprocessor), XAMPP, CodeIgniter.
Application of land registration warkah archiving was built by adding function in form of script at controller folder and view by using Netbeans application. There were constraints in creation of this application in form of creation of database
and application building for further conducted efforts to overcome those constraints therefore this application can be completed properly.
