Improve land services is realized by digitizing land services in the form of computerized office desktop-based applications. Application-based computerized land office desktop becomes necessary to develop web-based applications to migrate the data base of land. Therefore, this study aims to determine: 1) the process of migrating the database from KKP desktop towards KKP web and 2) the obstacles encountered in the process of migrating the database from KKP desktop towards KKP web in Land Office Batu.
The research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach. Sources and types of data used is primary data obtained from interviews and field observation and secondary data obtained from the study of documents and related literature. The technique of collecting data through observation, interviews and studies dikumen. Processing techniques and data analysis performed by inventory and data validation, build basemap, download spatial data in the database, classify and data reduction, improvement of spatial data mapping to database KKP web.
The results showed that: 1) the stages of the migration of the database on the KKP desktop into KKP web do some preparatory stages, preparation of migration, data migration process, rule migration, quality control of spatial data post-migration and post-migration analysis of spatial data; 2) the constraints faced by covering parcels registered yet own NIB can not be migrated, plots have long been registered yet NIB can not be migrated, plots shifted position and direction, as well as plot NIB has the same number on the wards.
