CORS is a technology that is reliable and suitable to be used in land administration management including land registration activities which is organized by ATR/BPN. One of the CORS application in land registration activities is it is used in splitting parcels. But currently, the application of CORS to split the parcels is not optimal because there are differences between the earlier parcels measurement reference frame system and the reference frame system that is used by CORS BPN. Coordinates of the earlier parcels was plotted in DGN 95 or local coordinate system while the base station CORS BPN are in ITRF 2008. Therefore, this research aims to determine the implementation steps and splitting accuracy of the parcels using GNSS CORS technology. Research method that was used in this research is experiment method which uses quantitative approach. This research compares the coordinates of land boundary produced by parcels design activity with coordinates of land boundary which are acquired by terrestrial remeasurement that is obtained by staking out land marks using GNSS CORS technology. The data analysis that was used is position difference and vast difference based on Technical Guidelines PMNA/KBPN number 3 in 1997 and the statistical test (t test) which has significance level (?) = 5%. Based on the research result and analysis, it is found that parcels splitting measurement can be done by defining parcels coordinates that will be splited to ITRF 2008 first. The average of position difference of parcels splitting measurement is 0,067 m which has met the tolerance requirements that was set in the technical Guidelines PMNA/KBPN Number 3 in 1997. Similarly, the results of position difference test of land boundary at significance level 5%, stated that there was no significant difference. The average of vast difference of parcels splitting measurement is 1,260 M2, it has met the tolerance requirements set in the technical Guidelines PMNA/KBPN Number 3 in 1997. Similarly, the results of vast difference test of parcels at significance level 5%, is obtained the result that there was no significant difference of vast difference.
