Field Work (GU) archive include in dynamic Active Archive is an archive category that frequency of use is high and continuous. Until now GU document archiving is still done manually. Such conditions allow GU become damaged or lost, while the data in it is very important to support the next land registration data maintenance. Data Analysis quickly and accurately to take a good decision can be made using the original field data in GU, so the GU data must be maintained and protected. Additionally, GU will be use forever, and therefore it should be managed archiving GU using high technology information. The most important archival by
utilizing information technology are able to maintain GU data, archives needed can be recovered quickly and easily so as to accelerate the related service measurement and mapping services.
This study discuss about research and development method that aims to produce information system product, as well as test the effectiveness of the product. This information system was development using PHP programming language and MySQL as a database management system. The features provided in archival information system such as news features, GU archive feature, features information in dynamic graphs, searching features, printing, borrowing and repayment. The main goal of this system such as able to assist and facilitate the process of land registration data maintenance services in a rapid, precise and accurate. Especially in data registration and maintenance activities related to land measurement and mapping services such as breakdown,
separation, merger, arrangement and reconstruction soil boundaries.
