CORS in Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial/National Land Agency of Republic of Indonesia environment is known as Land Satellite Reference Network (JRSP). JRSP was built one of them is to improve service quality to community in survey and mapping fields. One of services in BPN RI is implementation of area administration boundaries measurement. However the implementation of area administrative boundaries measurement uses JRSP has not been optimized. This research was aimed to discover the use of Land Satellite Reference Network (JRSP) RTK-NTRIP method for measurement of area administrative boundaries specifically boundaries of sub district administrative by observing steps in implementation and accuracy of sub district boundary pillar measurement result by using JRSP whether it has been in accordance with the determined requirements either in open location or at obstruction location. Research method used in this research was comparative research with quantitative approach. The implementation of sub district boundary pillar measurement was held 2 (twice) namely first measurement by using JRSP statically to obtain fixed points and second measurement namely by using JRSP RTK �NTRIP method. Data analysis conducted was coordinate accuracy referred to Minister of Domestic Affairs Regulation Number 76 Year 2012 and statistical test (t test) on result of sub district boundary pillar measurement by using JRSP RTK-NTRIP method. Based on research and analysis result, it can be discovered that the implementation of sub district boundaries pillar measurement can be carried out by using JRSP RTK-NTRIP method referred to existing theory and adjusted with condition at research location. Measurement of sub district boundaries pillar in location that has obstruction can be conducted by using combination between JRSP and terrestris by using measuring tape of offset method. Average shifting of coordinate of sub district boundaries pillar against fixed point was 0,043 meter, shifting of lowest coordinate was 0,006 meter and the highest was 0,101 meter. Coordinate shifting of measurement result of sub district boundaries pillars points using JRSP RTK-NTRIP method with average 0,043 meter has met lateral shifting tolerance requirements regulated in Ministry of Domestic Affair Regulation Number 27 Year 2006 namely by � 5 cm or � 0,050 meter and from result of t test the coordinate shifting (? = 0,01 m), with significance level 1 %, df=23, was obtained number of tcalculation= -1,228, and sig = 0,116 which means that the coordinate shifting of sub district pillar measurement result statically and sub district boundary pillar measurement by using JRSP RTK-NTRIP method was less then 5 cm thus it has met accuracy requirement that has been regulated in Ministry of Domestic Affair Regulation Number 27 Year 2006 namely tolerance of area boundary pillar accuracy is by � 5 cm.
