The purpose of preparation this essay is to analyze the impact of changes in irrigated rice fields into non-agricultural that occurs in Trenggalek within a period of 5 years (2009-2013), analyze the extent and distribution of changes irrigated rice fields into non-agricultural. Analyzing the magnitude of the potential loss of agricultural production as a result of changes in non-irrigated fields to farm that occurred on 4 subdistricts (Terri, Pogalan, Authorship and Durenan) in Trenggalek within a period of 5 years (2009-2013). The method used in this research is combined with qualitative and quantitative approaches. Spatial analysis in this study using Ikonos imagery analysis published in 2009 and in 2013 in Trenggalek. The data analyzed include extensive observational data and the distribution of village land use change / subsamples of the study sites using Ikonos imagery in 2009 and 2013, productivity per hectare of agricultural crops (rice, corn, and soybeans) in tonnes, the production of plants per sub-district per 5 years. Sources of data from secondary data research is the Office of agriculture, horticulture and forestry Trenggalek, Trenggalek District Land Office, and the Office of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) Trenggalek. Results of this study are as follows: First: the change to non-irrigated rice farming that occurred in the city districts and three other districts in Trenggalek in the study site in the next 5 years (2009-2013) covering 162.7 ha or by 2,81 % of the agricultural land area of study sites in 2009. While the distribution changes spread to all parts of the area and intensity showed a tendency to decrease in the direction away from the town. Distribution changes are most common in the Trenggalek district and Karangan district, this is due to geographical conditions are relatively flat, factor proximity to the district capital, and the availability of supporting infrastructure. Second: the negative impact that should happen is the loss of agricultural production due to reduced irrigated fields into nonagricultural. Estimates of lost agricultural production as a result of changes in non-irrigated fields into the farm for five years (2009-2013), which amounted to 1100.2 tonnes of rice, corn amounted to 964.4 tons and 243.5 tons of soybeans.
